Women's Weekend

Come learn about God's Infinite Grace at our Women's Weekend Retreat- Friday, Febuary 19th from 6:30 to 9:00 pm and Saturday, February 20th from 8:30 am to noon. We will meet in the fellowship hall. Our "speakers" will be members of the 2008 Women of Faith Conference. Friday night home made desserts will be provided to snack on, and for Saturday please bring your favorite dish for a brunch!!

Sunday morning during Sunday School hour, all women are invited to breakfast which will be prepared by our men. It is always yummy!! Our speaker for Sunday Service is Merri Johnson from the Baptist State office.

Please join the Women's Choir for Sunday Service (Our Men's choir had 51, and I have challenged Mr. Hoffman that the women will have more!!:))

During your circle meetings this month, please brainstorm ideas to publicize our Annie Armstrong offering. Each Sunday beginning in March, we would love to have a "mission's moment" like we did with our Lottie Moon offering. We encourage each circle to be creative with ways to share the importance of this offering with our congregation. If you or your circle have something to share during a Sunday service, let us know so we can include it on the program!

While we want to mindful of the economy and people having limited resources, we never want to ignore our call to send and support those who are sharing God's love thoughout America.
